An der Online-Befragung im Februar und M\u00e4rz 2026 nahmen 26 Vertreter von ausl\u00e4ndischen Fondsgesellschaften, externe Au\u00dfendienstmitarbeiter (Third Party Marketers) und Dienstleister der Fondsbranche teil. Es war die siebte Umfrage seit 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Zugang zu Vertriebspartnern (13%), fondsbezogene Regulierung (8%) sowie die Einstellung von qualifiziertem Personal (5%) gelten danach als weitere Schwierigkeiten. \u201eNur\u201c noch etwas \u00fcber die H\u00e4lfte (54%) der ausl\u00e4ndischen Fondsh\u00e4user empfindet die Regulierung in Deutschland arbeitsintensiver als in ihrem jeweiligen Heimatmarkt \u2013 im vergangenen Jahr hatten das noch zwei Drittel der Befragten (67%) gesagt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weitere Ergebnisse der Befragung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eNew Work\u201c bleibt Reizthema:<\/strong> Obwohl auch viele ausl\u00e4ndische Asset Manager hybride Modelle etabliert haben, verursacht die Organisation von Home-Office-Regelungen in Deutschland weiterhin erheblichen Aufwand. 23 Prozent berichten von \u201emehr Arbeit\u201c damit als in ihrem jeweiligen Heimatmarkt, knapp drei Viertel (73%) von einem genauso hohen und die \u00fcbrigen vier Prozent von weniger Aufwand.<\/p>\n<p>Das g\u00e4ngigste Arbeitszeitmodell bei ausl\u00e4ndischen Fondsgesellschaften ist derzeit \u201edrei Tage im B\u00fcro, zwei Tage im Home Office\u201c (35%), gefolgt von \u201evier Tage B\u00fcro, ein Tag Home Office\u201c sowie \u201efreie Wahl des Arbeitsortes\u201c mit jeweils 19 Prozent der abgegebenen Stimmen. Insgesamt ist eine Verschiebung zu einer h\u00f6heren Anwesenheitspflicht im B\u00fcro \u00fcber die vergangenen drei Befragungen festzustellen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einsatz von KI hemds\u00e4rmelig<\/strong>: Die meisten Investmenth\u00e4user nutzen k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz (KI) vor allem im Marketing und in der Kommunikation (29%) sowie im Kundenservice und \u201ein anderen Abteilungen\u201c (je 16%). Nur jeweils 14 Prozent der Befragten haben KI in ihren Investmentprozess integriert oder setzen KI bereits \u201ein allen Prozessen\u201c ein. Nur ein Teilnehmer gab an, dass KI in seinem Unternehmen \u00fcberhaupt nicht genutzt werde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aktive ETFs noch ein Nischenthema:<\/strong> Fast zwei Drittel (64%) der befragten Unternehmen bieten aktuell keine aktiven ETFs f\u00fcr deutsche Investoren an \u2013 und haben das in den n\u00e4chsten zw\u00f6lf Monaten auch nicht vor. Doch das Potenzial steigt: Ein F\u00fcnftel (20%) plant den Markteintritt dieser semi-passiven Anlageform innerhalb eines Jahres. Und immerhin zw\u00f6lf Prozent haben nach eigenen Angaben bereits aktive ETFs f\u00fcr deutsche Anleger im Angebot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gut vorbereitet auf neue Fondsklassifizierung:<\/strong> Die europ\u00e4ische Fondsaufsicht ESMA hat vor, die g\u00e4ngige <a href=\"https:\/\/www.private-banking-magazin.de\/reiferpruefung-esg-reform-sfdr-kategorien-investoren\/?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_campaign=pbm_insti-Ausgabe_01_2026&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_content=red&amp;UID=x88ml2cv0r\">Nachhaltigkeitseinteilung in Artikel 6-, 8- und 9-Fonds durch eine neue Klassifizierung zu ersetzen<\/a>.
