Darauf weisen die Experten von\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hazelview.com\/who-we-are\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Hazelview Investments<\/strong><\/a>, ein globaler, alternativer Investmentmanager mit Schwerpunkt auf Immobilien, in ihrem Marktkommentar f\u00fcr Juli hin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Italien und Norwegen f\u00fchrend in Europa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Beitr\u00e4ge, welche einzelne Regionen und Sparten innerhalb des Immobiliensektors im Juli beisteuerten, fielen jedoch \u2013 erneut \u2013 sehr unterschiedlich aus, so Hazelview.<\/p>\n<p>So erreichte Nordamerika mit 6,3% wieder die h\u00f6chste Rendite, w\u00e4hrend Europa sowie Asien den Monat mit jeweils 3,8% abschlossen. In Europa erzielte Italien mit einer Rendite von 17,2% die beste Performance, gefolgt von Norwegen mit 12,1%.\u00a0Zu den Verlierern auf L\u00e4nderebene z\u00e4hlten Finnland (-3,4%) sowie \u00d6sterreich (-2,5%).<\/p>\n<p>Herausragendes Land im Asien-Pazifik-Raum (und einer der st\u00e4rksten M\u00e4rkte weltweit) war Australien (6,0% in AUD). Japanische REITs hingegen kamen nur auf eine Rendite von 2,5% (in YEN).<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00fcros in USA sowie Triple-Net-Sektor lieferten st\u00e4rkste Beitr\u00e4ge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Als beitragsst\u00e4rkste REITs-Sektoren erwiesen sich im Juli die b\u00f6rsennotierten Betreiber von B\u00fcroimmobilien in den USA (+16,6% in USD), Immobilienaktien von Einkaufszentren weltweit (+10,3%) sowie Unternehmen, welche Infrastruktur und Immobilien f\u00fcr Telefon-, Mobilfunk- und Internetbetreiber (\u201eTriple Net\u201c) bereit stellen (+9% in USD).
