Sie reagiert damit auf die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waz.de\/wirtschaft\/vonovia-stoppt-neubau-von-wohnungen-mietexplosion-droht-id237506009.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">j\u00fcngste Aussage von Vonovia-Vorstand Daniel Riedl<\/a>, dass sein Unternehmen 2023 aus Kostengr\u00fcnden keine neuen Bauprojekte angehen wolle.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Vonovia profitiert weiterhin von hoher Nachfrage und Umfeld, in dem Neubau finanziell nicht tragbar ist \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nach Ansicht von Hazelview wird Vonovia im derzeitigen Umfeld aus drei weiteren Gr\u00fcnden profitieren: Erstens ist die Leerstandsquote von Geb\u00e4uden im Besitz Vonovias mit 2,2% sehr niedrig, was darauf schlie\u00dfen l\u00e4sst, dass die Nachfrage nach Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern weiterhin stark sein wird. Zweitens: Ausgehend von den aktuellen Bewertungen von Vonovia impliziert der Aktienkurs des Unternehmens erhebliche Abschl\u00e4ge gegen\u00fcber den Preisen auf dem privaten, sprich: nicht-b\u00f6rsennotierten, Immobilienmarkt.
